So happy I hired Deck Pro for my deck replacement! I wanted to make the deck less boring and they offered amazing ideas and design, They are professional with incredible attention to detail. The 3 other bids I got were considerably higher. I've referred them to friends and family and will continue to do so. Loving my deck in Mill Creek!

Critical: Responsiveness Being in the business I have nothing but positive things to say. Their relationship with their suppliers are second to none. I am sure they will complete the work at the opportune time and they only cost more because they are the best. Point- Baldwin Rd? You know.

These folks do fantastic work! They arent sales folks, so don't expect them to be slick talkers when you get your estimate; they are 100% substance, but--wow!--the work they do sure sparkles! I am completely delighted with the results of what they built for me. They turned a useless space on the side of my air condo into a huge deck. They repurposed an old gate and hardware to give me a custom back gate, they built a stoop, and they converted a side railing into a front gate.

I have a huge floating deck I cannot wait to furnish and hang out in this summer. The cost was less than half of what I had anticipated. I am thrilled. I thoroughly recommend this company.

I am completely delighted with the work Deck Pro did. The price was less than half of what I had anticipated. The outcome was beyond my hopes. They were able to repurpose my old gate and hardware. They replaced a rotted fence post and put up new fencing on both ends of my side yard. They moved one fence forward, raised it a bit for privacy, and built a floating deck level with my cement stoop for easy access. They repurposed the side rail into a gate for the front of my house. I totally recommend these folks. They do great work.

Had a great experience when the designer came to the house. He gave us some great ideas, brought samples, drew out a rough plan and set the expectation that we would have an estimate within 2 to 3 days. Two weeks later - there had been no response and after multiple calls, we received an email saying that we would have our estimate the next day. That was 8 days ago.

I guess there's only so many times you can say "Please take our money" before looking elsewhere-Which is a shame because the initial meeting got us really excited for this project. I'm sure they do great work, as long as you can wait a few years while they process your details.

Likewise wasted a weekend morning. Was told estimate would come within a week. 7.5 weeks later - no estimate. Phone calls and emails are not returned.

We used Deck Pro for 3 different projects all of which were great from start to finish! Back deck with covered area, front deck, and then added more to the back deck for a hot tub & another covered area. I was amazed at how perfect the addition looked. you could not tell we added on to the deck or our roof! Great communication from start to finish. Very professional, done in a timely manner! I would highly recommend them.

We paid big bucks for a Timber Tech deck installed by Deck Pro a few years back. The craftsmanship on the deck is horrible. The screws are popping out everywhere. The deck boards are pop up and down and/or sag is most places. The trim work and planters that they did also fell apart. I believe it is not only poor craftsmanship, but they use cheap sub par materials. Supposedly they have a 10 year warranty on their craftsmanship. However, as the other reviewers mentioned, good luck getting anyone to return a phone call. Bottom line don't use this deck contractor!

Had an appointment at 8 am on a Sunday. Was told a drawing and material options would be sent to me within a week. Two months later and about 5 unanswered emails and no one has sent anything. Wasted a weekend morning meeting with them.

Called for a quote. They gave me times for Sat or Mon. I was told they would call back to confirm Sat or Mon. They did not confirm and they did not show Sat or Mon. They clearly do not care about business or putting customers out waiting for them. There are too many others looking for work.

Saw their display at the 2103 Fall Everett Home Show and asked for a bid on replacing our back deck. When the worker came to house he seemed disinterested in doing the job. 3 weeks after he came to our house, we had yet to get a bid, so I called the business and left a voice-mail message. No one has ever returned my call or sent us a bid.
