Had Brian come by to give us a quote on our porch and so roof repairs. I was impressed and really liked him and respected his opinion on what the issues were we are experiencing. He promised to send us a quote and didn't within a week/week and a half and my husband called him and he was extremely rude to him. 3 weeks or so later we still haven't gotten a quote so I'm going to assume he isn't interested. I hate when contractors leave ppl hanging and if you are too big for the job, too booked or whatever the reason may be just be honest instead of wasting peoples time!

Our experience with All Pro was outstanding. We worked with All Pro on a two story addition to our home, including a family room, master bedroom, and master bathroom. A project of that magnitude was going to be very disruptive to our family so we wanted to be very sure we felt comfortable with our choice of builder. From our initial meeting with Brian through our final meeting, we could not have been happier. Brian, his son, and the whole All Pro Team were a pleasure to work with.
The initial bid was competitive with all other offers (by competitive I mean better than most) and we immediately could tell that All Pro had the experience and background we were looking for to start such a big job. Once the project began, the communication and responses to any questions or issues was great. Brian was always available to talk when needed, and prompt in responding.
He was transparent and honest throughout the process. With any project of our size some hiccups or questions are expected, but they were very minimal, and always resolved easily. Brian's response to any issue was great - nothing fazed him. If there was an issue or question we would discuss, determine a solution we agreed upon, and moved forward. Brian's experience really showed during those times and his calm demeanor and confidence in dealing with any issue gave us the confidence that we were in good hands. We were. The project completed on time, on budget, and we could not be happier with the end result. I would highly recommend All Pro Builders for any project!

I was very happy with the work that All-Pro did. I had been investigating opportunities with Brian for years and for whatever reason the other opportunities did not work out from our end. Still, the repeat encounters with Brian gave my wife and I comfort regarding his responsiveness and professionalism. With regard to the eventual project, it was substantial, both in terms of price/scope as well as the impact it had since we were living in the home with two small kids during the renovation.
Still Brian's crew was incredibly considerate of the existing space as well as with the new space. We are very happy with not only the selection we made to use All-Pro, but also the overall work. It is also worth mentioning that after the job was complete and the last check was delivered Brian has still been attentive to little things that have cropped up. For my wife and me, this is the most telling sign of his commitment to the customer.
