Wreckless ACC Driver 5/3/2016 approx 1800hours - Highway 5 NB between Elk Grove and Highway 80. Truck number 15-7664. The driver of this truck tailgated multiple cars including a small blue coupe, a white sedan and an SUV. He also decided to travel at speeds over 80 MPH. I know this because I was traveling and he drove past me very quickly. I wish I was in my other car that had a dash camera to catch it for you.

This person is dangerous and now the company would be found negligent if he gets into a car accident for violation vehicle codes. You have a duty to act to protect your company assets and insurance. The company website does not have an email address for contact and their web form doesn't work.
