Sure DRI

We had just retired and moved to Roanoke. After two weeks we had a down pour and we discovered a flooded basement. We called Sure Dri. Keith was on site in less than 4 days. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a reasonable quote. The crew showed up on the specified date and time. Polite and professional. They explained their work so that I could easily understand. The job was done in 2.5 days. Last night we had a down pour and a dry basement, I can easily recommend Sure Dri.way beyond the competitors!

Sure-Dri Remidiation for hazardous Radon levels is amazingly proficient! I found my basement had a level 7 for Radon when the standard is no greater than a 4. The Sure-Dri team knew exactly how to solve the problem effectively. After their incomparable repairs and fan installation they brought levels down to a.3 - barely traceable. My only regret is that I didn't have my house tested sooner and avoided toxic exposure a lot earlier. It's a relief knowing we have Radon experts such as Sure-Dri in our area to fix major issues.

I recommend Sure-Dri, my opinion is based on these three things. Integrity, quality, and affordability. This company has made a trying situation less difficult and provided a remedy that I'm sure will last. If I should have problems, then I have no doubt that they will honor the lifetime warranty I received as part of our contract. I had a drainage system installed along the walls of my basement to stop water from coming in where the wall and floor meet.

Shout out to Paul, Adam, and the rest of their crew for a job well done. Adam and his crew showed up on time and finished the job in two days. I highly recommend Keith Martin and his team for basement waterproofing issues. He installed a french drain system for me in 2012, and it still works reliably. Sure-installed a basement waterproofing system for us. We were impressed with their service. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work was performed when promised and by a very cordial, professional crew. Work was done in the time expected. We have not had rain to see if the problem is resolved, but are confident that Sure-Dri will respond if we have problems.

Had a long crack in basement wall and occasional water on floor so called 5 different businesses to come give an estimate. All the others sent salesmen who wanted to get me to sign a contract on the spot. Sure-Dri's owner Keith came himself and took a careful look at everything and gave me some suggestions to try to pinpoint the root of the problem.

I got carbon fiber strips and his crew was always friendly, efficient and cleaned up thoroughly. Even after several days-long torrential downpours I have had no problem since They fixed everything. Keith was very responsive on two separate occasions to address issues of water in our basement. The first time his crew installed a sump pump and it has taken care of the problem. They were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. Keith came over to personally assess another issue with water in the basement. He diagnosed the problem and made a referral to someone else to address problems with our chimneys. This group did a fantastic job in addressing the problem. I am so grateful for his referral. Keith's wealth of experience serves his clients very well.
