Critical: Quality, Value He built us a home 5 years ago now and tomorrow will be our 5th time calling our insurance company to get servepro out for a claim. Not to mention all of the additional electrical work we had to get done because the company he used had never wired a residential house before.

We are building with Jim and we have been working with him for the past 6 months. After having a terrible experience with another builder in Meridian, we can say that working with Jim has been a true pleasure. He is very detailed, organized, and extremely fair and honest. We know what is happening every step of the way. The quality of our home is exceeding our expectations and I would not hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone looking for a custom home and not a cheap spec home.

Jim poached my business to do work on one of his parade houses in Nampa. Talking a big game with a lot extras to get the wow factor for the parade of homes. When it came down to paying the invoice for the work that was done flawlessly jim was no where to be found until 60 days after the house closed for the clients and only then after many calls and emails did he come into my office and tell me he declaired bankruptcy and I won't be getting a dime of the money he owed to me. Turns out that he has done this in the past to other contractors and this is why he sought me out because I didn't know his history. How he is still able to build houses is a joke. A dishonest crook is what he is. Be warned and stay away from this dishonest builder.
