We purchased a building for my husbands company in March 2021 that was supposed to be delivered in June 2021 then July, then August, then September, then October! The building was finally delivered in November 2021! The experience with RM Steel was absolutely a horrible experience with the exception of our salesman DJ who was great and he was the reason we purchased from RM.
The project manager was totally inadequate to do her job. When the building finally arrived it had missing hardware that we had to purchase on our own. I will never recommend RM Steel as it cost us money and months of frustration.

I stopped by and spoke to Celia at the front desk, I'm a salesman and am thankful for front desk associates who excel in customer service. She was kind, friendly and informative. Regardless if her company was going to buy a product or service from me, that's GREAT service. Imagaine that good ol'fashion service and treating people like people. I'm not in the market for a steel structure however I'll gladly recommend R and M Building Systems.
