Since its founding in 1958, North Branch Construction has developed into a full service, award-winning Construction Manager, Design-Builder, and General Contractor serving New Hampshire and its bordering states. North Branch Construction is one of the largest commercial and residential contractors in the state of New Hampshire with a proven track record of completed projects on or ahead of schedule. North Branch Construction is currently offering sign-on bonuses based on level of experience. Project Manager: we are currently looking for an experienced construction Project Manager. Our Project Managers are responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and maintaining budget and schedule for our commercial construction projects.
The complexities of today's construction techniques and the speed at which projects now progress from concept through construction have caused many Owners to choose the Construction Management method of project delivery. North Branch Construction wholeheartedly embraces this evolution. The Construction Management (CM) method brings the Project Team (Owner, Design Team, and CM) together earlier than the Stipulated Sum (bid) method.
Joe is a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional and ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor who has been with the firm for over 20 years. He began working at North Branch Construction in the field during the summers in high school and continued on to an estimating internship with the firm during his time at New England College.

NorthBranch is one of the largest GCs in NH which the company workers know and take advantage of. They use that to take advantage of the sub contractors they use. They have screwed over numerous sub contractors that do the work for them and have a reputation for doing so. The president of the company, Joe, is one of the biggest thieves of them all.
Their workers in the field are as slow, unprofessional and provide some of the worst workmanship yet they still manage to get work. And that's because they under bid and then hit the owner with numerous change orders. Cocky, unprofessional, poor quality on anything they self perform, and operate in an extremely poor manor. Very surprised the company hasn't gone under if you ask me and many. Don't us NBC, don't waste your money. they are a joke. So many better companies out there that actually offer quality and professional services without the hassle.
