Construction is a serious business, but we're also of the mindset that it's exciting and, yes, even fun. We love a good challenge! Our first assignment when working for a client is to listen. We understand your business is not construction, and it's our job to make it easier to navigate. You want experienced, detail-oriented builders who work around what matters to you - great communicators who deliver high-quality work safely, efficiently and according to plan, with minimal disruption.About 75 percent of our work is for repeat clients, and we're firm believers that the best construction projects are built on trust and teamwork.

When one of our project superintendents noticed a curious boy and his mom walking by the construction site a few times, he introduced himself and showed them around. That's how it goes at Tarlton. We love to build. Tarlton builds futures for our clients, our team and our community by providing value in a complex environment.
Tarlton is a WBENC-Certified Women's Business Enterprise that works as a construction manager, general contractor and design-builder to complete projects diverse in size and scope. We also provide outstanding Preconstruction Services on the projects we manage and as a separate service. Technology, Sustainability and Diversity are a big part of constructing great projects and are built into our process.
We believe that coaching folks to look out for themselves and their co-workers is the best way to provide for their families and life outside of work. If we infuse safety into every aspect of our operations, we will succeed. Tarlton's safety successes are built around pre-project planning and vigilant monitoring of proactive activities on the job.
Diversity and inclusion are important to Tarlton. Through a diverse and inclusive workplace, we gain valuable perspectives from different angles. In 2020, we experienced things we haven't been through before. As Tarlton continues to navigate the health pandemic and changing social landscape, health and safety remain our top priority.

Mr. Polk is an amazing attorney! I've watched him work and he has done an amazing job on my son's case. We totally respect him and the profession. He represented our son on a first degree murder and we went for self defense. His trial expertise is immaculate. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. It was just amazing to witness his work from beginning to end.
I would recommend him and his team to anyone. I have personally experienced his excellence. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. For your hard work on our son's case. Your name will always be a part of our family conversations.

This is the second time in a single year that a Tarlton employee has damaged my vehicle and tried to get away with not leaving a note or even attempting to find the vehicle's owner. If the employees are any reflection of the business, these are NOT people you want working for you. If their workers can't even cop to slamming their doors into private vehicles on a client's site, how will they ever cop to making a mistake in your building project?
Personal responsibility or lack thereof is a very telling trait, Tarlton. Get your house in order and start dealing with your shady, lying, sneaking employees. Damaging property that belongs to a client's employees is bad for business, and I make sure to tell everyone the caliber of individuals you employ. Maybe they'll be smart enough to hire Paric next time.
