Century team members have an average of 25 years of experience in the construction industry and an average of 15 years tenure working at Century. All employees share in ownership of the company. They understand and care about the interests of business owners, design professionals, subcontractors and building officials.
This is the most common and most traditional method. Owners engage architects and engineers to design their facilities and Century holds a direct contract with the owner to construct them following the documents provided by the design team. We hold a single contract with an owner to design and build their facility.

Century Construction is making progress at River City Distribution on a 220,000 sqft Pre-engineered Butler Building. We were excited to celebrate the ribbon cutting on this project for M.C. Dean. We pushed the schedule to the limit on this ground up, 80,000 SF, pre-engineered metal building. We were able to complete the project on time with a compressed 6-month schedule from ground breaking to occupancy.
