The only thing ultra about Ultra Concrete is their employees disrespect for the public. Operator of truck number two had zero respect for the motorists on 114 on 08/23/21. Guy was letting rocks fly everywhere off his backhoe damaging multiple vehicles with zero regard even when I tried to get his attention. Cover your equipment. Lucky the rock that entered my car missed my head.

Have done business with ultra several times the lasts couple years, always a pleasure to work with.

Told them about my project and they had me send them plans. About a $180,000 concrete job. Sent about two weeks ago or more. Didn't return one call, didn't even have the decency to tell me they were too busy or too small or any possible excuse. Can't possibly last very long when you can't return a phone call. I guess it was a blessing they didn't. Pathetic.

Stay away from these guys! They poured the decorative concrete decking around our pool and in less than 6 months it is cracked all the way through! Their answer for the failure of their work is that the road that's 100yards away and has a large drainage ditch beside it, like most roads do, is higher in elevation and there for not their fault. I have many, many square feet of concrete around my property and the only part that is cracked is the work of Ultra Concrete.

And let's not forget that their answer to fix the failure of their work was to mud jack my slab and "close" the crack for an additional $2000! So if you're looking for a good company that does quality work and stands behind the product they put out then stay clear of Larry and his crews.

Dat boy Aaron is da cutest lil man I Eva seen. Super hard worker, and cleaned up every thing beautifully. Can't wait to see him again this summer when I call them to do my backyard this time! See you soon Aaron, you fine lil thang.

It's now time to get the deck re-sealed. Ultra Concrete's price for follow up work is three times higher than it should be. I can no longer recommend this company.

The best concrete people around. I wouldn't use anyone else. They have done a lot of work for me over the years. My office at 1413 Harroun, McKinney will let you know all you need to know. Stamped, stained, back drive and handicap ramp. Drive by and check it out. Larry Osterman is the kind of man that gets it done.

A horrible experience overall. From the moment they show up you can tell they have nothing on their mind except getting it done as fast as possible and moving on to the next job. Sloppy and I mean extremely sloppy work. The young man who was there to head the crew was in a foul mood and you could tell he wanted no part of his job and had zero passion for quality.

I had other concrete people come in after the fact and they just shook their heads and said people would be fired at their companies for such poor quality and attention to simple details. Now it looks like I will be paying someone else to fix the cracks that are now showing all over the pour. Avoid them at all costs. They talk a good game, but their quality of work is disappointing.

Hired them to refinish my patterned and stained concrete in 4 of 2015 for $9400. Less than a year later the finish was bubbling up and looked chalked everywhere. They did come redo 2/3 of the job (He said he would come redo all of it but never came back!) Three months later it was even worse condition!

Top Notch company! This is by far the best service company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Customer service was excellent, (over and beyond) the workmanship was stellar as well. The one spot that didn't take correctly on my patio was addressed and fixed with urgency and care. Honestly can't say enough good things.

We had a big job involving sandblasting the old sealant off 3,000 sq ft of deck and then adding color and re-sealing. The job was very well done. All crews arrived on time and worked neatly. We are very happy with the end result. The deck looks great!
