I tried to use Andy for a composite deck on my house. Everything started great - he came out at the end of January to look at our project. A few days later, he provided a quote. On March 3, we went to his office to pick out materials. The next week, he sent us an updated quote saying that he had forgotten to include a set of steps in the original quote and the project was going to be several thousand dollars more, but he would give us at a "cut rate" due to his error.
I called his office and emailed him to seek clarification and ask a few more questions about our project, but no response. I finally got a hold of him on his cell phone on Friday, March 18 and asked him about the "cut rate." He said he needed to take a look at the quote and would call me back later that afternoon. Today is April 8 and I have not heard from him since. It was disappointing to have to start from scratch on our project. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Andy and his team recently put a deck on our home. They did an outstanding job. Every phase of the project was organized and carried out in a efficient manner. Andy and company built our deck in the summer of 2017 and we couldn't be happier. Customer service was great. We love the composite wood and cable railing. Their crew even installed hooks for my bird feeders along the aluminum railing. When a few cables loosened they immediately came over and tightened them. The following year I had a patio and deck builder come to pour a patio underneath the deck and he made a statement about how well built the deck was as he inspected it from underneath. Since then, other contractors have mentioned how nice the deck is. He was a little pricey but well worth the price for the quality work they did for us.
