On 1/1/19, Associate members will be billed $540 for the year (instead of $135 quarterly) and Builder members will be billed $668 for the year (instead of $167 quarterly). We are happy to work with our members during this change, so if you would like to continue to pay on a quarterly basis in 2019 due to this transition, you may do so. Annual billing will make our billing and payment processing much more efficient. Please call our office with any questions/concerns and, as always, thank you for your membership!

Lobby Tax Deduction: In accordance with the lobbying tax law, please be advised that $17.15 of the State membership dues is not deductible as a business expense. The portion of the NAHB dues not deductible is $35.64, making a combined total of $52.79 for 2021. Members shall be held to the highest business standards, and shall deal fairly and in good faith with their customers, suppliers, subcontractors and employees.
NAHB is seeking prompt action from President Biden and the Administration regarding soaring lumber prices (80% increase since mid-April) and supply shortages that are harming the housing industry. But to support this effort, we need you to reach out to Congress for relief. Housing has been a bright spot during the pandemic and the industry can do its part to continue to create jobs and lead the economy forward, but the Administration needs to address skyrocketing lumber prices and chronic shortages.
