Jason Laufman came to my home at the direction of MapFre Insurance Company. I explained that my basement had water damage because Fairfield County Utilities main sewer line was BLOCKED (full of water) & my waste water could not exit into it. Jason Laufman then lied to the insurance co and told them it was a water back up which is entirely different. When I called him about it he lied & said that is what I told him. Do not use this company for any reason!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality The company gave me an estimate full of items they never intended to do. I had to fight to take them off the estimate. The work they did do was described by the general manager as horrible and embarrassing and they still billed me for it. The supervisor yelled in my face. DON'T HIRE THEM. They came out to look at making repairs after some water damage and some non related upgrades to the bathrooms. I was told I would get a quote the following week. After about a week with no quote I called the office and was told they would get back with me. No one ever got back with me and I never got a quote. I feel like a dodged a bullet. If they can't even return your call, what would their work be like?
