I highly recommend using Advance Survey. They arrived on time, prepared to survey, and they were very professional, helpful and courteous. They were able to answer all of our boundary questions. One of our neighbors recommended them to us, and I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

I needed a survey completed as recommended by a local fence company to replace an old (semi) privacy fence. This company was really good at returning phone calls and communication via email prior to payment. If you are required to have a city/county permit (make sure you know this before hiring a survey company), do not use this company. Spend the extra money to hire a reputable company who will give you all that is required for a permit.

I not only spent over $600 for this company to place 3 stakes (they tied string on the existing fence due to it being built right on the property line) in the ground and leave a copy of the plat on my floor in my foyer but because of their unwillingness to provide a report of the survey they did, I now have to pay another company to do a complete survey in order to get a permit to have my new fence built. Hiring this company was a complete waste of money!

Advance Survey, Inc did an outstanding job staking my property. They explained everything to me before they started and walked the property with me explaining everything as we went along. Very professional and courteous. I am more than satisfied! I highly recommend to anyone who has a project that requires a survey.

Greg was an absolute godsend! Beyond amazing customer service. Greg and his assistant completed the survey of my property in the pouring rain. Greg was extremely patient and walked me through the entire process. He is a wealth of knowledge! My neighbor's dog got out of their chain link fence and attacked my chihuahua-poodle mix Lord King while my daughter was walking him in our yard.

Above and beyond service. Builders didn't place permanent markers on the lot so, he did it himself with no extra charge. All under 2 hrs. Come to find out the builders were trying to short change us with land. Will give his information to the HOA community. Price is reasonable and timing was impeccable

HIghly recommneded. The team from Advance Survey did an exceptional job. A portion of our property was taken by the city for expansion of an intersection requiring a detailed examination of the land records. They went above and beyond to get this done properly. They scheduled our survey within a reasonable time and arrived right on time. When rain made it impossible to continue working they rescheduled for the first day of good weather.

I am glad I finally got a survey of my property done. I've been in my house for two years and wasn't aware that Ga did not require land surveys at buy/sell. Since being here, I have ignored property that I now know belongs to me and was also attending to property that does not belong to me. For the amount paid, I feel I got my monies worth. Advanced was very timely in responding to my request.

He walked me around the property and assured me of my property boundaries and forwarded a copy of the plot map that is registered with the county. Lastly, I found the price to be very competitive in relation to some other places I called. It is not often that I feel my expectations were exceeded, however, in this case they were. Excellent, friendly service. I called at 3pm on a Thursday, and the team was out to do my survey the next morning. The survey was on a residential property that I'm having a fence installed on. They walked me through the completed survey and even gave me advice on where the fence could be installed to comply with city requirements. Appointment was at 10AM, but they arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule. All in all, fantastic experience - highly recommend!
