Growing up in the business, Aaron worked his way up from the bottom, gaining many years of first-hand experience with every type of job on a construction site. In 2008, Aaron graduated from James Madison University and took a job with a premiere builder in California's Bay Area working as both an Estimator and a Project Manager.
