Arden Engineering Constructors originated as a small general contracting firm in 1954 and has grown into the largest mechanical contractor in Rhode Island today. Arden utilizes building information modeling (BIM), a 3D modeling and analysis tool to create building infrastructure designs.

We have been a Toshiba client for well over a year and have no regrets with our decision to purchase our copier. The Toshiba account rep Bill Kendall, called on us and we scheduled a time to meet. He was authentic and had a genuine concern for our church. He reviewed our existing vendor's contracts/invoices at the time and revealed areas of concern and where we were being overcharged.
He recommended a similar model to what we had and was able to save us money by upgrading. Bill routinely follows up with us to review our program and answer any questions we may have. He is extremely accessible and responsive. During one of his quarterly business reviews, Bill brought to our attention our non-profit certification we provided him when we signed the agreement, had expired.
This could've been a considerable cost to our church. Thankfully we discovered this and quickly resolved a potential crisis. When we need service, they are right there for us. Jeff Foisy is our service technician. He is meticulous, reliable, efficient and prompt. Grade A+ company to work with. We highly recommend Toshiba and Bill Kendall.
