Jared Langley Roofing

Jared Langley and his crew did an exceptional job replacing the roof on our house. Jared was great to work with through the entire process and always answered any questions we had in a timely manner. His crew was professional, hard working, cleaned up at the end of each day, and our new roof looks amazing. We would highly recommend Jared and his team to anyone!

Customer Beware! I called to have two shingles replaced that had blown off from the wind. I had extra shingles from when the roof was originally installed. The lady I spoke with said their labor rate was $125 per hour plus a $100 trip charge. I told her I had extra shingles for the repair. I then asked roughly what would the total cost be. I was told by her somewhere between $300 to $350 to replace the two shingles as long I had the shingles because there would be no material charges.

They were prompt and did a good job replacing the two shingles. I then was emailed the invoice for the repair the same day of the repair which was due in just 5 days for replacing the two missing shingles for the amount of $610. This invoice showed two men at $125 per hour each for a total per hour of $250 and $10 for sealant. The sealant I understand!

This amount was close to double from what I was quoted. I would have never agreed to pay $610 to replace two shingles! I sent an email to them asking why it takes two men to replace two missing shingles. Their response was "we always send two men out for safety"! So they should have quoted me a $250 per hour labor rate! The quote to repair was verbal so there wasn't much I could do about the excessive charge.

Then when attempting to pay this unreasonable repair bill with a credit card they would charge an additional 3% to use a card which would be another $18.30. Another thing you need to be aware of if they work on the repair for an Hour and five minutes you get charged for a full 2 hours! This roof needs to be replaced in the near future and before this experience with Jared Langley Enterprises I was going to contract them for the roof replacement however that is not the case now!

I was also considering them to build a new house I have plans for in Target Range on an acre I own there. I will certainly not consider them for the construction of this new home after this experience!

This is the second time we used Jared Langley to replace the roof on our homes. He is always willing to answer questions and or concerns we had. On our first home he helped us with our home owners insurance. We were grateful for that. That was 25 years ago. We got a couple other bids and Jared's estimate was close. We had a great experience many years ago and it was the same this time. His crew was awesome. We will recommend them to all our friends and family.

Jared and his Team were extremely helpful during the entire process of replacing our roof due to wind damage. Everyone from the top down was helpful and professional. It took only 2 days from start to finish to complete the work on both the house and detached garage. One day to rip all the old shingles off, with no mess left for us to see when we got home, and one day to install the new shingles. I would highly recommend Jared Langley Roofing and his team. Overall, we are happy with the work done by Jared Langley and our new roof, fascia, and gutters look great. Jared personally was involved in the process, his crew was professional and courteous and cleaned up the site well afterward and worked long hours in brutal heat to finish the job. Our only complaint is the amount of time it took from start to finish, more than double the timeframe we were told and then 3 weeks after the roof was finished to install the gutters. Good thing there was no rain this summer!

Jared Langley Enterprises, Inc. is the best. Hired them to replace my roof and gutters, and could not be happier with my decision. His crew was professional, hard working, and did an amazing job on the house. My experience dealing with Jared throughout the whole process was above and beyond anything I could have asked for. Honest, dependable guy who runs a top notch company. I Can't thank them enough for the Job they did on my home, and would highly recommend Jared to anyone.

I totally recommend this company. Jared was so helpful in letting us know the type of roofing we should put on since we live in a very windy area. His office called to set up a start date and told us it might be delayed by a day or two weather permitting. I was totally impressed even though, we had been informed there might be a delay, they took the time to call me and let me know it would be another day or so.

The workers were polite and kept the area as clean as possible while doing the work. They moved several planters and chairs I had not cleared out of the area and then put them all back when they were through. I had problems receiving my final insurance payment and Jared himself worked with me for the delay in receipt of our final bill. I don't usually write reviews but it is hard these days to find companies who are so helpful and considerate after you've made the commitment to use them. Joe and Sandy

Jared Langley and his crew are great! They did an excellent job replacing/repairing my garage roof. They did my house roof years ago, and I was impressed with them then; so when I needed my garage roof done, they were my first choice. The crew is polite, hardworking, skilled, and they completely cleaned up everything at the end of each day. Jared is great to work with, too! I am extremely pleased with the result, and I will definitely use them in the future!

Jared Langley's team did a great job on our roof. We weren't excited about having to make this update on our home, but Jared and his team did an excellent job and we won't need to do any more work on that part of our house for a long time. After some confusion with our bill I reached out to Jared. He called me right back even though it was after hours and helped me get a clearer picture of the cost. I recently made an appointment with Jared Langley Construction to bid for my roof replacement. An appointment was made and Jared Langley arrived on time for the appointment. We discussed the roof replacement and the Insurance payment. Jared was excellent in ensuring that I understood the process as I had never had a roof replacement on any of my homes. Jared's experience, knowledge and understanding of the process was excellent. Jared was able to walk my wife and myself though the roof replacement process. Jared took the time needed to ensure that I was comfortable with the process.

Due to the extreme amount of roof replacements in the area and the approaching winter months, an install date was set for the following year, as I agreed to wait. Jared's team, during the time leading up to the roof replacement, was excellent. Full excellent communication from Jared, his team and his skilled technicians, created an excellent experience for me, with an outstanding product (roof replacement) at the end of the project.

I was very impressed with the entire experience with Jared Langley Roofing. I had a small job of sealing some skylights and they gave me a very close estimate, showed up in a timely manner, took pictures of everything they did. Very professional. I would highly reccomend them.

After researching many companies, receiving bids from several, we decided to go with Jared. As a gardener with extensive landscape close to my home, I was immensely pleased with the care that the tear off crew, headed by Bill, took to preserve all of my plants. They took extreme care in cleaning up, without being asked and there was hardly a sign that a complete roof of a house and garage were taken off on top of the landscaping.

The team of 6 were polite, efficient, and hard workers. The roofing team headed, by Jeff, was every bit as professional and hard working. The quality of the new roof speaks for itself. Jared has truly done his homework on quality of product, craftsmanship, and team building. I am glad they are located in Missoula for future projects!

Jared Your crew came out last week and did the work on our crawl space. Now, instead of a cold, ugly, spider generator opening directly into our basement, we have a sealed, insulated, and decked accessible storage area. Nice work! Tom Bauer (who I persisted in calling Jack---oops, too much TV) was very professional. On time, great suggestions, excellent work. Also Bob Delaney was great to work with. The professional and prompt service and responsiveness was number 1. After experiencing winter damage, Jared Langley was great in coordinating all necessary resources as well as communicating with our Insurance Adjuster with Safeco. Between the two of them, we were able to go through this experience with a lot less frustration then if we had gone with someone else.

All service providers we worked with through this experience were above average in their customer service, even when we made multiple calls to them in one day, due to our OCD nature. We would use Jared Langley in the future and are glad to know they are in our corner. Peter and Michelle Farmer

Jared Langley Enterprises was referred to me by my insurance company to repair the roof of a house I own in Polson, MT, that was damaged by a neighbor's falling trees. Jared himself got in touch and was infallibly and admirably thorough, professional, well-organized and cheerful. His communications were always prompt and responsive. Anyone who has worked with contractors knows what a relief those qualities are in a contractor. Oh, and the roof turned out beautifully.

If the repair had been coming out of my pocket, I would have shopped around on cost. Since I didn't, I can't comment on Jared's pricing vs the competition, but he should be at the top of the list of anyone looking for the services his company provides.

We recently had a cedar shake roof replaced on our Big Flat home in Missoula. Jarred's team of hard working professional men worked quickly and efficiently. In the extreme heat that Missoula has been experiencing, they worked hard without any complaints. They even brought their own port-a-potty! We are extremely satisfied with the new roof!
