We, at Hardison Building, take pride in the quality and structure of our homes. Each home is provided each with a one-year Builder Warranty and a ten-year Structural Warranty through Maverick Warranty (formerly Centricity). We are happy to guide homeowners through the warranty service request process and assist in enjoying their new homes.
The Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Index is the industry standard by which a home's energy efficiency is measured. Each Hardison Building home is tested with an average efficiency of more than 30% than most homes. Why is this important to you? Because it allows you to save more on utility bills and improve the comfort of your home.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Go with any other home builder, if you want great customer service, timely repairs and someone who stands by their quality of work, or the contracted trades. Extremely disappointed with the entire Hardison team. Built a home with Hardison Builders. So far, the house is quality. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are not a custom builder, they resist changes, unless it's an upgrade; and if you ask for a change, they will tell you that they already ordered your finishes, so you are out of luck. Wish that I went somewhere else.

We purchased our home from them over 5 years ago. There were some issues that popped up. Nothing out of the ordinary. Fast forward, way past our not only one year but two years later. They have been great to try and figure out the issues and have come out multiple times to figure out the issue to resolve leaks, and wood issues. I have also reached out multiple times from repairs needed after hurricane damage and other around the house needs and Margie has been great to assist us finding solutions, colors and supplies locally.

Bought our first home and it just so happened to be a Hardison home. We had multiple options in my development and our realtor even told us that they were the ones we wanted. Very attentive to their customers and quick to respond to any questions or issues. I would recommend Hardison for anyone looking to buy for their quality and customer service.

Hardison Building built our first home in 2000. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience. It was our first build. Loved our home and after 16 years decided to downsize. We were so pleased with their service we called them again. We now live in a much smaller home that was a work in progress. The entire team was helpful. We made many changes along the way and they were prompt and helpful all along the way. Thank you to Hardison Building!

I moved into my Hardison Building built home in July 2013. Paul Keith with Hardison Building helped us with any questions about our home before and after we moved in. Dean Hardison is an excellent builder. I love that so many upgrades are standard with a Hardison home. If we ever build another home Hardison Building will be our builder of choice.

While no house is ever perfect, Hardison builders built us a quality home. We have been very pleased with the result. Their customer service has also been stellar, any concerns we have had. The building supervisors are wonderful men as well, and made sure the work was completed in a timely manner and with professionalism. My home will outlast me. They did not cut corners as I have seen other builders do. They had pride in their work. I highly recommend them!

Quality construction. We had a home inspector come in 1 year post move in and he didn't find anything that needed correction. When we had a couple of hiccups during construction (as expected), they were very quick to make them right. Home office customer service is fabulous.
