They did a great job with our kitchen. We appreciated that they stuck to their start and end times of their working day. Matt, the foreman for our job, was very professional and explained the steps along the way. We also appreciated the attention to some minor follow up work that needed to be done. Matt has been very responsive to our requests. We would recommend Custom Craft to our family and friends.

We compared a number of contractors for our bathroom remodel because we needed more than a "face-lift". We chose Custom Craft based on their plans for remediation and their promised organization and project oversight. Now that the project is near completion, I can attest to their delivery of everything promised and more. Not only is our bathroom beautiful, but the entire process was fantastic.

Worth every penny. Our project lead, Kory, along with the whole team (Nate, Jason, Kevin, Chuck, Shawn and Ralph) were pleasant and organized and left our home each evening in as tidy a manner as possible! Truly, the craftsmanship is remarkable, everything was completed on time and within scope. Bonus was the courteous demeanor of the team. I can't say enough. Other than thank you.

Second remodeling project almost done with Custom Craft. This was our kitchen, mudroom, half bath, and front hall. Brittany did a great job with the design, carefully considering our preferences and sharing her experience and suggestions. It looks just like what we expected thanks to the great team led by Mike that included Nate, Kevin, Jason, Chuck, and Matt. Mike kept everyone well organized especially early on when there were several electricians and plumbers involved as well.

He kept us informed about progress and next steps. Thanks also to John for the early planning and prep for the multiweek project. Highly recommend this firm for quality renovations!

We have had Custom Craft do 4 projects for us: 1. Remodel our kitchen 2. remodel our master bath 3 build a deck 4. remodel our powder room including installing new flooring in the dining room, foyer and powder room and new base boards and new woodwork. The organization started when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Their people are friendly, reliable and really good craftsmen.

We were always very comfortable with them being around and even leaving them in the house when we had to leave. Obviously we are satisfied with their work and have recommended them numerous times.

Custom Craft is simply the best! We did a major first floor renovation two years ago, which included a completely new kitchen and mudroom, as well as changes to our family room. Those areas turned out amazing, so when it came the time to remodel our bathrooms, we obviously turned to Custom Craft again. Everyone on the team is professional, courteous, and the workmanship is excellent.

Custom Craft turned our vision into reality! They were able to construct a cafe inside a gift shop/garden center in less than 6 weeks with minimal disruption to our business. We passed the health and township inspections on the first try and opened on time. The quality of their work can not be beat. It is such a pleasure to work with George, Mike, Megan and Brittany. Custom Craft recently remodeled both our living room and family rooms and it was a fantastic experience. The initial design process was very helpful with Julie. We conveyed what our end goal was with both rooms and Julie assisted with flooring, paint, counter, cabinetry, fan, stone for a new fireplace (awesome), shelving, and hardware selections. She also provided drawings with recommended furniture placement, which we used.

I loved that she suggested items, like incorporating a barn door between rooms, which turned out great! Kory was our lead carpenter and he was excellent. He was assisted by Nate, who was also very nice. Kory kept us up to date daily on the progress and I loved the app the company used to post daily statuses with pictures that we could review. He is very knowledgeable and was really patient with our questions.

Everyone wore masks all the time. They started at 7 am and left around 3:30 pm each day. Their quality of work and professionalism can not be beat. Custom Craft previously remodeled our kitchen and master bath in 2014 so we felt confident our new remodel was in good hands. Everything was kept so clean. Sturdy zippered sheets were used to section off the construction area from the rest of fhe house to reduce dust and it worked perfectly!

Custom Craft also assisted with installing an air/heat mini unit in our sun room, which is so quiet, as well as fixed other problem areas in the house, I.e. cracked door jamb. We are so pleased with Custom Craft and highly recommend them for any remodel/construction needs.

Custom Craft took an unused formal living room in our home and transformed it into a gorgeous home office/study that we use every day. Mike took ample time to discern our needs in planning for the project, each step of the process was clearly laid out and timely, and the contractors in our home each day were a pleasure to work with. We are so glad to have done this project that really added to the value and usefulness of our home.
