Thanks to Rob and his team for our beautiful new 2 level Trex deck and railing system! The workmanship was excellent and the worksite was kept clean and organized. Rob communicated nicely with emails and calls, was on time as scheduled, clear in his description of work, and was responsive to our requests as we made adjustments along the way. Highly recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Deck was built 8" off square to begin with. He had to tear that part down and do it over. The edges do not meet on the floor decking and I was told by the Owner "I never said they would" when asked to fix his mistakes. Not worth the lousy decking he put up as it is embarrassing when we have company!

We found Rob to be incredibly knowledgeable regarding Trex and deck design options. His pricing was fair, his crew efficient and friendly, and he showed up to complete the work when he said he would. We are thrilled with the deck and know he's built several others in the neighborhood as well, highly recommend!

This project was a complete success! Sun In Builders worked with us to customize our deck to fit our budget and preferences. Their customer service was outstanding and they know how to provide a quality service. We were extremely pleased with how the project turned out.

Rob of Sun-In Builders returned my initial phone call quickly. When we met, he was professional and made me feel confident in his ability to give me what I wanted which was a complete teardown and rebuild of my old deck at a reasonable price. All of this was done neatly and very well in two days. I am very pleased with the result.

I called Sun-In Builders to install 2 decks on my home. I live in an area with many rocks buried just below the ground, which made this project a little more difficult. Each deck was to be 11' 14'. before the start of the project, the manager of Sun-In Builders explained every detail of what would be done, which materials I had to choose from and actually showed me a rough diagram of how large the decks would be, and also gave me a date when the project was to begin.

The project started on a Wednesday, and was completed by Friday. It made my home look so much nicer and made accessing the house so much easier. I have to say that I am 100% satisfied with the work that Sun-In Builders have done for me. The customer service and professional carpentry service of Rob and Jason made this a very unstressful project. Also, these guys were very friendly and answered any questions I had.
