New England Homes does not offer direct retail sales to the general public. New England Homes contracts with Independent Builders who can provide you with a turn-key home. Independent Builders will meet and assist you in the design of your new home. They will offer various options you will want to consider for your new home.
That means close collaboration with your Independent Builder on the drawing board and on site. It's in your best interest to see that you get the home you want, where you want it, when you want it, and at a price that meets your budget. Because site work and home construction can be completed simultaneously, you experience shorter time frames, and fewer financing charges.

I purchased a Gambrel, 4 bed, 3 full bath, Un finished 2nd floor, Delivered for $62 K. 1993. I put it atop above ground foundation, 1 car garage, shop, laundry, and 4 person hottub in basement. Excellent quality house, great crew, ZERO cost overrun. 2 years later I finished off evrything w wrap around deck, and was assesed $760K.

We bought our house from New England homes in 2004. We have had SO many plumbing problems over the years that whatever money we may have saved in building costs has more than made up for it in our plumbing bills. There have been leaks every year since we've been here. For example the first day we moved in I ran the tub in the master bath. My husband was yelling from the first floor to stop the water as there was a waterfall of water coming down the ceiling of my first floor bathroom. There have also been problems with vent pipes in walls too.
