From 1997 to our IPO in 2004, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of our predecessor and other affiliated companies (the "Kite Companies"). Mr. Kite is responsible for the Company's strategic planning, operations, acquisitions and capital markets activities. Mr. Kite began his career in 1987 at Harris Trust and Savings Bank in Chicago, and he holds a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University.

I had the utter MISFORTUNE of speaking to their VP Lindsey, who is the rudest most disrespectful realtor I have ever had to deal with. If you have prerequisites for giving out basic information please put them up with you company phone number. If the case is racial discrimination because of an accent on the phone, a nice law suit might get you to be more polite. Good luck renting out anything with such poor customer service.

Property Manager for Container Store, Central Market etc at Hulen and I30/West Freeway in Ft Worth. disappointing that their local office cares nothing about safety and security at high profile location. Container Store customer badly injured by decrepit sidewalk. Kite, based in Kansas, could care less. HEB/Central Market repaired their sidewalk but Container Store did not. Kite is particularly negligent bevause the property owner, Lena Pope Home is disinterested non-profit.
