Services
Our organization was established in 1971 as the Illinois division of a national contracting company. In 1982, a branch office of Itasca Construction Associates, Inc. was opened in Deerfield Beach, Florida to perform construction services for a national development company in the the South Florida market.
Our success as a builder is only possible with the support of great project partners. We take pride in our ability to assemble the best teams for our clients using only licensed, highly-skilled and qualified subcontractors and suppliers that share our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. We are always looking to expand our base of quality subcontractors and suppliers.
