We wanted a taller tub to soak in, so needed someone to remove the old tub and take out a row of big tile and install the new tub and smaller row of tile. Floor 360 was recommended for the tile portion. Julie helped us find some tile and colored grout that not only "matched" the older tile but resulted in a better looking bathroom! In addition she was able to coordinate the removal and installation with the tub guy. Pure magic!

The service and product I received was what I've come to expect from Floor360. Exceptional. Julie is knowledgeable about the products/service and always personable, patient and professional. She also made the interior designing aspect of my project super fun! The service crew was timely, meticulous and respectful.

From the beginning design considerations to the final product, Floor360 has done an amazing job! Angela and I spent weeks choosing flooring that would compliment my kitchen cabinets all the way to my natural wood floor (that I wasn't replacing). She was extremely patient and had a wealth of knowledge. The guys, Adam, Hector and more flooring crew worked efficiently and answered any and all of my concerns during the project. Job well done! Love my new floors!

We enjoyed working with Julie on our search for vinyl plank flooring for our remodeled bathroom. While it was a small job it was important to us to find just the right flooring for the project. We appreciate that Julie was willing to take the time and effort to help us find the right flooring for this project. Thanks Julie -

This flooring company is nothing but a disappointment. We arranged for this company to install hardwood flooring st our lake house property about a year ago, at first it looked great but over a short few months, the flooring began to buckle and the transition strips came up off of the flooring. We have been calling for months to arrange for the company to come out and fix the buckling floor and they have bluntly been ignoring us.
I called last Monday 8/26 and left 2 voicemails for the service department on Ruth's voicemail and again today on 9/4 and have never received a call back. We paid THOUSANDS of dollars for the original flooring and for this company to ignore our service calls is down right disrespectful. I suppose the next step is to report them to the BBB.

That should be zero stars on the rating. My daughter and I drove 45 minutes to buy tile for 5 rooms and design a master bath. We were not acknowledged when we walked in, not acknowledged as we walked the display rooms even though we passed 4 associates, absolutely no eye contact from any. The shop had one other customer on the floor. After my 25 minute time frame for customer service, we headed for the exit.
As we were walking out, the tall blonde behind the counter asked if we need any help. I told her that her customer service time was up and that we would be going to the North Shore to shop. She replied, "oh, I didn't even see you come in!" BS. As a business owner myself, they all need to learn the basics of customer service: greet the customers, acknowledge the customer as they walk the shop floor, check back with the customer, offer your assistance, apologize if you are untimely, and never underestimate a customer's buying ability. My casually dressed daughter and I hopped into our Volvo and spent $$40k back in North Milwaukee where the service was earned!
