Working with Pete and his team took a project that I felt was rather daunting and turned it into a pleasure to observe come to fruition. When Pete says "Signed by Pete" he truly doesn't bless off on a project until it not only meets the customers expectations but also his own which seemed to even exceed ours. 10/10 recommend and will use again!

Sometimes a big rave just isn't good enough. I have to make sure Signature Custom Homes, Inc gets the full credit they deserve. We have done many projects with all kinds of companies over the years and I must say Pete Zakhary and his team exceeded our expectations at every turn. What a difference it makes when your general contractor makes absolutely sure you are happy throughout the project by calling and frequently stopping by to inspect the progress.

Everyone on his team of professionals are friendly and on time every single day AND they are all actually his employees not contracted help. I could literally go on but, I just want to add, we gave him a big project with a short timeline and he pulled it off with flying colors, even surprise finishing touches I have never heard others doing!

Pete and his team remodeled the downstairs of our home. They completed demo of old tile, wood, and carpet; laid new tile; removed and replaced baseboards; repaired drywall; and replaced bathroom vanities. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Peter and his team. They were meticulous. The tile was laid perfectly with "zero" grout line. There were no weird cuts or tiles that looked like they were laid without the utmost consideration for placement and the overall aesthetic of the flooring. Friends and family have commented that they could not tell that the tile was not real wood until they actually stepped on it.

The baseboards were done correctly, not cutting corners and painted and caulked well. They also repaired drywall and retextured it in an area that needed repair. You cannot tell that there was ever any damage there. It looks uniform and complete. His employees (he does not use subcontractors, they are actually employees) were always professional. I was concerned with noise, mess, etc. because our children are in virtual school but I had no issues whatsoever.

They were quiet and respectful and stayed out of the way as much as possible. They were also task-oriented. Not a single person "sat around" while on the job. I cannot thank Peter and his team enough for the beautiful work that was done to our home and I am looking forward to working with him again on the long list of projects we still have to complete for our home.

I think its worth mentioning when a company goes above and beyond their duty. My parents had a very bad bathroom leak in their home. Consequently there was a lot of damage to the interior of the home including furniture and my parents were devastated. I called Signature Custom Homes, Inc in hopes they could help me. My friend Pete Zakhary and his crew showed up within 30 minutes of me calling him to assess the damage and begin the process of renewing the home.

I cannot explain how much he helped my parents on short notice during such a stressful time, I highly recommend his services. They do great work, but his crew and himself are ever better human beings.
