Everyone is kind and respectful. Jim (and I forgot the other gentleman's name (sorry). I just want to say that they offer the BEST customer service in town. Intially, I ordered a cabinet for our bathroom remodel. Jim gave wonderful customer service. And, when the cabinet arrived he trusted my husband to take it and pay him when I got back from my traveling.
You don't find that kind of business practices anymore. Trust and a handshake, but he did trust us, and I was able to install the cabinet and finish the project. Next, I had a serious dilemma. We had completely refurbished our cabinets in our tenants kitchen. I had thought we had thrown out the hinges and was in a panick, because of they type of cabinet doors they were, I couldn't buy anything over the counter.
I was ready to just go ahead and reface the cabinets, and his business partner (I wish I remembered his name) kindly warned me he could refer someone to me; however, it would be less costly to buy just the hinges. Well, the next day, Jim had helped me search and found a 3/8 offset hinge that was in a catelogue. Low and behold, I didn't need the hinges because I had found a bucket of them in the cellar while going through a box of left over paint and items. Needless to say, I was delighted. Jim was excited as I was that we found the old hinges. Moreso, I was delighted with my experience with the Ciarlone Brothers, Inc. Regardless, if they made any money or not, it didn't deter from their customer service.
Thank you for making a difficult home project remodel much more pleasant. I will say this, the next time I do a remodel, I'm call the Ciarlone Brothers, Inc. first. No more DIY projects. Just get the experts in, especially when you know you'll get excellent customer service.
