I HIGHLY RECOMMED ANYONE CONSIDERING GETTING DRYWALL/TAPE/MUD/TEXTURE, OR ANY OTHER WORK TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! At first, everything started well. The customer service from Sergio, I believe that is his name, one of the field agents came to my house, nice guy, very professional for the most part. He assessed my house, took some measurements to see how much drywall was needed to do the job. So, my house at this time is gutted, I informed him that there was NO POWER, and if that would be a problem, he said it wouldn't be a problem.

The only thing he said that needed to be done before his guys could start was to secure the sockets and light switches to the wall, because during his assessment, they were hanging. Ok, cool. I got the quote on 3/31/21, which was a good price. I email Dennise Cruz, Project Specialist, and we came to an agreement as far as the start date, Tuesday, 4/7/21, they were going to stock the house with drywall, which they did.

The following day, Wednesday, 4/7/21, they were supposed to start hanging the drywall, but they didn't. I emailed Dennise, and this was her reply, "Sorry about the delay, the field team assigned to your address had the project before run over. I just spoke to our superintendent and we can start tomorrow or Monday, at the latest. Again, sorry for the delay." At this point, I should have went with my first mind, and just canceled everything, but I figured with Covid and everything that businesses are a little crunched and overwhelmed with work. So, they showed up Monday, 4/12/21, I get a call from one of the workers asking about the sockets, light switches, and POWER, and then Dennise calls/emails me about the same thing, I told her, "That was already discussed, and we had an understanding of it already." I spoke to her and replied that I wouldn't be able to get over to the house until later that evening when I got off of work, and that I would take the sockets, and light switches out. Ok, she then emails/calls, and says the field super brought a generator for them, and that they were able to start.

I get off work, go over to the house, and they are still working, so I leave, and come back later on that evening. I look at the work done so far, and take pics of some of the areas I'm dissatisfied with, and email them to Dennise. The areas I took pics of were some quarter size holes in the wall, one in the ceiling, and a big square hole over an area that was supposed to be covered, but somehow, they thought it was to be left uncovered.

I also take pics of the beer bottles and cans that they stuffed in my attic, and left out back. I don't get a response from Dennise, but Sergio calls gets with me after work. He looks over things with me, and assures me he will get the areas fixed. He chuckles about the beer bottles and cans, and mentions who's they probably belonged to.

Once again, he assures me that it will be taken care of. Ok, I let that slide, and just document everything, because I'm to the point I just want to be done with them at my house. Drywall is hung, ready for tape and mud, there's an issue with not having water, so I get the city to turn on the water, because it was off, as Sergio already knew from the assessment. Ok, back on track, well not really, because this job was only supposed to take a week, from what they told me. So, they complete the taping and mudding.

I go look at the finished work, mud everywhere, on my new windows, sockets, and light switches. I never email or mention it to them, I just take pictures, because at this point, I see that these are not the professionals they claim to be. This past Saturday, 4/17/21, a buddy of mine go over and clean up a bit, and then Monday, 4/19/21, my wife and I go over there and finish up.

The good part, someone had come in and replaced majority of the sockets/light switches messed up from the mudding, and taped over the replaced ones in preparation for the texture. However, the clean up inside the house was poor as ever, as the attached photos will show. Tuesday, no work done, Wednesday, no work, and then Thursday, 4/22/21, I get a call from Sergio in the morning, around 7 or 8.

He tells me that the texture guy is there and water is coming out of the wall in the Main Bathroom, and it's everywhere. This is surprising, because not one time was there a problem with water dripping out of any of the pipes while tapping and mudding, which requires a lot of water. I get off work early, and head over to the house with my wife, and to our surprise, no water. Hmmm.strange, so I call Sergio and ask him where was the water?

He says he's in Arlington and couldn't come out, but he'll call the guy. Nothing! So, my wife and I try to see where the water would have come from. There are exposed pipes, but they are all capped, so we check them, and recap one that was a little loose. I check my email when we're are finished, and I see Dennise has emailed me an invoice, and says, .
