Original Employee to the firm's start-up in 2002, Jennifer Alford (Architect) has stepped in to be the sole-owner and President of Cross Timbers Architects (Sept 2018). Since the Company's inception the goal has been to provide excellent, friendly service & beautiful but functional designs, all in a timely and efficient manner. Our business is not based on any specific design style or pretense.

I cannot say enough positive things about Jennifer and her team! Jenny has, hands down, been the best part of our renovation project! She is experienced, knowledgeable, kind, efficient and even better super reasonable on her cost. Every time we ran into an issue with the city on permits she was super quick to respond and help get the answers they were looking for!
This is our first time doing a huge reno and she was so helpful - giving us info, helpful tips, and putting us in contact with engineers and contractors. Highly highly recommend!

Everyone I've spoken to at Cross Timbers Architects is always friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They were great to work with throughout the design process and really seemed to listen. They even continued to help with any questions during construction. I'm very happy with the end product and would work with them again in the future.

Architects don't listen, they care only about their fee and will sue you if you don't like the design they build even if it isn't what you ar looking for. They quote you one price then sneak in a bunch of change orders and end up over priced. I feel sad they couldn't just listen. Shannon pierce was who I tried to work with. Now I have paid them $22k+ and have to hire another archetict to finish the project. Do not prepay anything! Once they have your money, they will never finish and will keep billing you. What a failure and waste.
