First time buyers - had an excellent experience with them. We had Sammy who I can't thank enough for her service. Everything was well explained and done extremely efficiently. Could expect an email back from her within 20 minutes after every email we sent, no matter the enquiry. Absolutely recommend.

We were really pleased with knight west service. We sold our apartment as soon as it was put on the market. Unfortunately our sale wasn't quite as simple and we almost arrived to a point where we were thinking of drop everything and give up, but thanks to Sammy and the team we were able to exchange just in time and we are now living in our dream house. Sammy was always really reassuring, professional and even patient when dealing with us and bent over backwards to ensure that we arrived to a completion date in time. We couldn't recommend knight west enough. Thank you for all your help.

Buying our home through Knight West was from start to finish a great experience. The level of service was much higher than I have experienced in the past. From the first viewing to completion Knight West were there to help every step of the way. Sammy in particular who works on sales progression was amazing, she was always on hand to help, was extremely responsive and kept all parties updated.
She was even able to speed things up for both exchange and completion by keeping in regular contact with myself and the seller and passing information between the two parties. Would highlight recommend and if we do decide to sell in the future will be using Knight West.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Josh and the team when we recently sold out flat. We have recently had the pleasure of selling two properties. It would be fair to say that the whole team at Knight West have been fantastic throughout the process. My Husband has been dealing with Toby at Knight west since June this year in regards to a purchase which is finally completing this week, it hasn't been straight forward and at times has been extremely stressful for us both but Toby has been absolutely amazing and all the staff when we have called up. They answer emails and phone calls promptly and have always been there to help.
Can not recommend them more, we have purchased and sold a few properties now and must say these estate agents and the most professional that we have dealt with. If needed we will definitely use again.
