Benjamin & Company was founded in 2003 on strong, honest New England values passed down through generations: Ben Hemberger's father, an architect with deep passion for his work and commitment to his projects, inspired Ben's his own career in construction. Today, our entire team brings those same principles-hard work, integrity, and fine craftsmanship-to every phase of every project.
Experienced carpenters are needed right away - if you have carpentry experience, we'd love to connect with you! We offer a very competitive compensation package and great company culture. Posses a set of basic tools consistent with prior experience, and a valid driver's license. Quality compensation commensurate with experience.
There are many different ways to get started with the new custom home building process. Often, people come to us with a general idea of what they want, but no construction documents. We are always in favor of having an architect involved, but that's not for everyone. Nonetheless, someone needs to get your ideas out and onto paper!
