Update: after multiple attempts to get in touch with knowledgeable cust service reps / dispatch, and our order getting cancelled VP of Sales reached out. She scheduled a next day pump and offered some money off service. *this took me from 9am-5pm of constant follow ups when my service was scheduled from 8-12pm. Whole day wasted. Literally.* apparently they were in meetings?
No reason to believe otherwise but ridiculous nonetheless Original review: Took payment, showed up two hours early (6am) said they'd come back bc of their schedule mess up. we were ghosted shortly thereafter. They have our money and we still have yet to be serviced. Been waiting over 7 hours for the driver to return. *Janelle is the only personal to make certain I was taken care of. - Thank you - VP sale thanks for following through. Other cust Serv employees tried to argue and put us at fault, did not call us back after many attempts to figure out when services would be complete.
