Biltright Turf removed my existing grass and installed beautiful artificial turf. Everyone from the sales staff to the installation crew were very professional and easy to work with. All questions were answered, product options were clearly explained, and expectations were outlined before construction. The installation was done in the promised 3 day timeframe. The site was left clean and orderly at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Biltright Turf for artificial turf installation.

This is the second time I have used Biltright for Turf. I compared 6 different companies and their product seemed to be the best. I had them come out a 2nd time and they patched an area with impeccable skill, professionalism, and speed. Their owner, Kyle stayed on top of everything from start to finish. I highly recommend them! We had an excellent experience with Biltright Construction. They installed artificial turf and river rock in our front yard. From the virtual quote process to the installation, their customer service and responsiveness was excellent. The installation crew did excellent work and even installed extra gopher mesh under the river rock which was not in the original scope of work. I highly recommend Biltright Construction.

With the exception of an obstacle initially overlooked but quickly rectified, the artificial turf installation process could not have gone better. The installation crew performed to perfection. They worked very smoothly, precisely and with great care. The trimmed our two large sago palm trees very professionally to look like a Beverly Hills type mansion. With our experience, we will certainly recommend Biltright Construction for artificial turf installation.

I don't usually write reviews unless I get totally ripped off but I had such a great experience with Biltright Construction and the owner Kyle Georgian that I felt the desire to let people know. I first hired Biltright Construction to install a 2,000 sq' putting & chipping green at my property in Fallbrook, CA about a year ago. Their sales rep was very friendly and accommodating and designed a layout for a 4-hole putting green with chipping area surrounding it.
Their crew came in and got the job done in 4 days and I thought the course was great. We played on it for many weeks until my roommate and co-owner of the property began to think the putting green was too sloped for optimal putting experience. We designed it to go with the existing sloped area but now wished we had a more level putting area. He asked me to call the owner Kyle to see if there was anything they could do about it.
I reluctantly called Kyle to explain our dilemma and he arranged to stop by and check it out. He agreed with us that it would have been better to have brought in a lot of dirt to create a more level putting area. So he redesigned it, added a railroad tie retaining wall and added an intermediate turf between the putting green and surrounding longer turf.
His crew came back, removed the entire putting turf, filled in lots of dirt, installed a the retaining wall and the new turf and created a magical space that we use all the time. All for no charge! He told me his company name is Biltright and he didn't think they built it right the first time so they came back to make it right! A few months later when it came time for my backyard landscape project I called Kyle to give me a bid.
I had no idea what I wanted to do with a very sloped backyard full of dirt. He designed something with my input which I liked so he gave me a bid which was what I expected to pay. However I asked how I could save money and he redesigned things not less than 4 times until we had a design with a price I really liked. As construction began the excavator he hired recommended changes which Kyle agreed to accommodate so he recalculated the bid which actually saved me money.
As the work progressed I made changes not less than 4 times and each time Kyle redesigned and rebid the project until I was completely satisfied. He never charged me for his design work or change orders and I ended up paying almost exactly the amount of his original bids but got exactly what I wanted! In summary don't hesitate to give Biltright Construction a chance to earn your business because I don't think you'll be disappointed!
I'm buying a new property in the area soon and already know I'll be calling Kyle to install another golf putting green as well as any other landscape projects needing to be completed.
