Gary has a wealth of experience he brings to the inspection for you and your clients after doing thousands of inspections. He also has a great bedside manner with clients. Gary was extremely thorough in his inspection and was able to answer all questions that came up. He also generously provided a discount for his services for having served in the military, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend if you are buying a home and need a home inspection. He's your guy!

Gary is top class! On time, professional, and thorough. He went above and beyond looking over our potential home - crawl space, up on the roof, you name it. The report he provided was all encompassing and easy to understand. During our inspection there were a few issues on the property that the seller needed to resolve. Once they were fixed, Gary was kind enough to come back a second time and ensure everything looked good. Solid guy who's good at what he does. I recommend him without hesitation.

The Home Inspection Man came highly recommended, and they live up to their name. They arrived before the scheduled time and were very detailed in their inspection and reporting. They gave excellent recommendations on what was found and differentiated critical repairs from cosmetics, which put my mind at ease

We are so glad that Gary could come out and do our inspection for us. He was really great. He explained all the things he found to us, and we didn't feel rushed at all. The inspection report was well-organized, easy to read, and very understandable. I would recommend Gary to anyone around Chicago who needs a home inspection. Not knowing much about homes, buying our first house was very nerve racking. Gary The Home Inspection Man did an excellent job of educating us about the house we were looking at. He not only pointed out critical things I would have missed but he also took the time to teach my wife how to use some of the appliances she was not familiar with. Really, really great service.
