We begin this relationship, by demonstrating 100% transparency from bidding to contract, and continue this transparency ongoing, even after the completion of the project. Everything that is done throughout the course of the project, is done with only the highest level of integrity, while considering this Trust relationship at all times. We believe in a roundtable - team approach to the custom home building process.

Larry Maddock has been the president of Maddock Construction Company, since 1993. Larry has a BS degree in Construction Management, and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. For the first 15 years of his career, Larry enjoyed working alongside his carpentry crews, while also managing the other aspects of the projects in which the company was working on.

The first step in our process is to meet with you to discuss your project. It is our objective during this meeting, to gain an understanding of your specific goals for the project, and to access how we may be able to help you to achieve these goals. Additionally, during this initial meeting, we would like to understand what your expectations are for your envolment during the construction.
