Walt joined Pitman Construction in 1997, after playing football and graduating from the University of Virginia. As president he believes in approaching all projects as a team, to provide clients with the best possible work Pitman can offer. Walt serves on the board of the University of Virginia Alumni of the Roanoke Valley and on the Roanoke Valley Boys and Girls Club.
