I moved into a Pohlig home last fall. A partial list of issues were HVAC did not work, Dishwasher wasn't secured so it tipped every time it was opened, unit leaked, window was covered in sheetrock, quarts countertop chipped, kitchen faucet falling apart, doors that swung closed on their own, dryer vent not working, the list goes on. The sell units as high end homes.
The standard paint, light fixtures, and laundry room flooring are the same as my company uses in C level apartments. Upgrades are extremely costly and items often damaged due to careless handeling. Workmanship is sloppy at best and follow through is terrible. Many of the items from my 7 day list still haven't been done. Firestopping is obviously a safety issue and but there were at least 3 areas in my home that were missed.
