I'm a retired realtor, I purchased this home used for my retirement home, I have been living in it for about 5 years and it is one of the best constructed homes I have ever been in, and I get to live in this one. Built our new home almost 10 years ago. Went exactly as I was told. Schedule was right on time wise. Have had zero issues even through some pretty wicked storms. They use higher material standards than the rest. Build quality is outstanding. Just recently built my stepson's new home and he had the same experience. Would 100% choose Zimmerman Homes again.

We just recently had our new home built by Zimmerman homes, and are so glad we did. These are guys you can trust, and they really helped us with decisions on what we needed, what we didn't need. It's a lot involved that you don't even realize, and Lee did a fantastic job walking us through each step. Everyone from Zimmerman homes was absolutely wonderful to work with.

We had our home built by Zimmerman Homes 22 years ago. We still live there and can say that choosing them for our build was a very good decision. Our house is built with quality components, like Anderson 400 windows and Trane heating and air conditioning. Their staff is professional and responsive. About five years ago I had a leak in our master bedroom ceiling.

So I contacted Lee Martin to see if they could recommend a roofer to check it out. Three days later someone showed up and replaced a rubber seal on a vent pipe that had shrunk. Problem solved. A month or two later I never had a invoice sent to the house, so I stopped in and they wanted to not charge me a dime, 15 years after the fact. I had to insist that they except a payment. If you are going to build a house in the market they serve do yourself a favor and take a long look at them. You will be glad you did.

Zimmerman Homes built our beautiful custom home in 2015. Lee, Gary and Rick are very professional and easy to work with throughout the building process. From the design to build to final walk through/move in they were always available to answer questions, make suggestions or changes when necessary. We are very happy that we chose Zimmerman Homes and highly recommend them to anyone planning to build.

We are very happy we chose Zimmerman Homes to build our custom home. Lee Martin was excellent in helping us through all the planning stages, even making suggestions to help keep our costs down. The building process went smoothly and the foreman Rick, and the rest of the crews were very amiable to work with. They even allowed us to do some of the work ourselves, working their schedules around ours. They have been excellent to work with through the process and even with the couple issues that needed attention after we had moved in.

We are very happy with our home built by Zimmerman. The team at Zimmerman Homes, Gary, Rick, Lee and others, built our home in 2012 and we were so pleased with the work we chose them to put on an addition in 2016. They are very professional without 'putting on airs'; do great work, and listen to their customers.

Helped us through the process every step of the way. Got the job done on time and on budget. Even after the job was completed they were there when we needed them. We are loving our new home.

Zimmerman built our house and did major projects with both of our children. We have also recommended Zimmerman to a close family friend so we are very satisfied. I would not consider any other builder for any major home projects.
