Contracts are reviewed and awarded with selected subcontractors and suppliers. A Gantt schedule for the project is created.

100k over budget. Kept telling me how small of a project I was but to use it was our life dream. To this date still having issues with a job that was delivered incomplete and unfinished and they ended up getting paid 100% of their money. update 05/19/2022 still having issues with contractor not delivering what was on the contract 06/29/2022 General contractor got served notice and to this date no answer from them.

I needed a fitting, I was told that fitting was 4 weeks out, I started to leave, I said, hey, why don't we use 2 fitting to get ourselves there? He asked me what sizes I wanted. I mentioned that I also work I'm hydraulics and have for 20 years, I asked a question about a fitting I had never seen before, (i worked hydraulics on marine applications, never construction equipment ) sunny become kind of an elitist, and started giving me a hard time about my experience without actually telling me he was giving me a hard time. I wanted to buy a few more fittings, just in case but who ants to deal with an a-hole. I'll drive to championships to ball next time.
