Terrible miscommunication and at returning clients calls and also a secretary that DOSENT bother to write down the messages to get a return call. She's terrible about having a professional mannerism and filling paperwork correctly with private information unattached to my contract laying around her desk for days and attached to another customers file.
I've found another builder that's a lot more affordable, very honest and professional, Christian owner and all employees which is important to me and seems that the project just runs smoother with no minor ridiculous that's not my job or oops I forgot to do my minor job so projects run as smooth as possible so now have created a tangled mess of things and instead of apologizing for her mistakes she will argue back and never admit her faults in the chaos of a mess that caused a dominio effects on the materials the CORRECT Materials at that when they weren't Chronia backordered and in stock plenty full in all stores wholesale to retail.which put the deadline promised in a contract that she also was able to mess up and staple another customers RECIETS and payment information w my file and mine in thier file and that caused an argument to the builder over the final price I paid which I paid what I owed in full with project a third finished due to all the issues that were consistent and COUNTINUED over 19 months on a 6 month promised completion date. Agian there's a builder I found that took over the job even though another builder began the job and I'm not stating the name of the builders I replaced MJR Services with due to his request and honorable professional curtodosey of a fellow builder in the same small town. Which made me have a good feeling and RESPECT for this young man for being professional w polite customer service when you call or meet in person with every employee He has.
