The idea for a neighborhood that would showcase early Fredericksburg homes has been in the back of my mind for years. My idea became a reality when an enthusiastic local realtor showed me the property on North Cherry Street. The new neighborhood, The Settlement, will have the flavor of the early homes of Fredericksburg ranging from the old saltbox look to a slight Victorian influence but with modern conveniences. Over the past 25 years, we have completed approximately two thousand wood floors ranging from our first refinishing job in the Luckenbach Dance Hall in the late 1970's to the new floors we presently install. Whether sanding and finishing a one-hundred-year-old long leaf pine floor or designing, installing, and finishing a custom, inlaid wood floor, we provide years of experience and expert craftsmanship every time.
During the mid 1970's, I was fortunate to be involved with scored and stained concrete in the Horseshoe Bay area. Since that time we have scored many custom designs and unique patterns. With over twenty-five years experience with stained concrete, your floor or countertop will be special and unique as shown in these completed projects.
I and my team of craftsmen have been designing and producing some of the finest home and architectural accent pieces available. We bring those years of expertise and care for each project to bear when we undertake each new project. We recently purchased a home with solid oak flooring in much of the home. There were a few rooms with old flooring that we wanted to replace with matching solid oak floors. Pat and his staff were able to install floors of the same look and quality of the oak flooring we were keeping. All floors were then sanded and finished to a more pleasing and modern color palette. We are very pleased with the outcome and could not have worked with a nicer group of people.
