I wanted a bolt-up 40X30 workshop and so I contacted Mueller in New Braunfels, Whirlwind in Houston, and Impact near Selma. Louis Nieto with Impact was eager to assist me, as evidenced by the fact that he returned calls quickly, worked to beat the other bids, and kept me updated after the order. Others in the office also were very helpful, like rescheduling delivery for me when I had a conflict come up after I'd agreed to a delivery date. Mr. Nieto even offered to help me find an accessory sold by another company after my building was complete. I'm very pleased with the level of commitment and service I received from Impact and Louis.

We got a quote from Impact Building System in November 2020 for our shop and the salesman pressured us into overnighting a check to "lock in the price before the price goes up after the new year". So my husband overnighted a $5100 deposit that night. A few months later, after not getting any updates from them, they finally sent us drawings of the shop.

Then conveniently the day after, someone contacted us and said that unfortunately the price went up and we would have to pay almost $7500 EXTRA. That wasn't in our budget at all so my husband told them that we will have to cancel the order. The salesman told us over the phone that they would have to keep $1500 of our deposit, for the drawings. We were very upset but didn't want to do business with this company going forward so had to be okay with losing some of the deposit.

Even tho we felt like it wasn't our fault and we should get all of it back. Several days later, we get another call saying they made a mistake and actually have be keep half of our deposit. Long story short, we lost $2500 for drawings that we waited months for and won't ever use in the future. We do NOT recommend this company!

Worst place ever! Impact gave me a quote for a building. We signed the contract and paid the security deposit in the amount that they came up with. Then they call to say that the price they quoted would be going up by 25k which put me in a bad spot with my job. I tired to canceled the order after the drastic price increase. I was told they were going to keep 1500 of my deposit which at this point is fine but now they aren't even answering me. LOOK FOR A MORAL COMPANY BECAUSE IMPACT BUILDING SUPPLY IS NOT!

Highly recommend Impact Building Systems, Luis was great to work with. They designed and delivered a great Product. I look forward to using them on my next Building.

First building that I ever purchased, great experience with the salesman Louis Nieto, he really help us out and took the time and patience to me and my wife to show us the colors, shape, and a 3D building drawing. Every time my wife and I had a question he was always there. I worked with Louis to purchase a metal building for my business. He is very knowledgeable and helpful for a beginner like myself. I would definitely buy from him again. If your looking for a metal building impact building systems is your company.

I will not do business with Impact Building Systems, located in San Antonio TX, ever again. They do have a good product, but they refuse to provide Wind Storm Documentation to me and I must now pay an independant Engineer $1200+ to obtain this info which is required for Wind Storm Insurance in the State of Texas. I contacted Impact several times aver a 3 year period pleading to help me with the documentation I needed for the new Texas Windstorm Insurance requirements as without this documentation I would not be able to obtain the insurance.

This is a Commercial Structure with Foundation Windstorm Certification I payed for in addition to the $3500 to Impact for Windstorm. While it was solely my fault for misplacing the documents Impact could have done more for instance Mueller and Whirlwind both keep these records as required by law per conversations with both during my ordeal with Impact. I am about to purchase two additional Buildings one in Texas and one in Colorado but Impact will not receive my hard earned cash.

My company has worked with Mike and Louis at Impact on several projects ranging in sizes. Both Mike and Louis have been great to work with. Very professional and the biggest thing for me is dependable. When they say something they do it. I look forward to doing much more work with Impact in the future.

The worse experience buying building from Impact. They changed their price after quoting, they missed delivering the front of the building and then the canopy. Mike Schumann lie about delivery dates over and over. I will not recommend buying from Impact buildings. I wouldn't trust these people.
