Blue Line Design

I had a meeting with Matt in January 2022. After giving him what we were looking for, he said he'd work on a rough draft and get back to us. We patiently waited until March and he did not even have the courtesy to reach out to us and say anything. I was looking forward to working with him but very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. As of now (May 2022) we still haven't gotten any response from him or his office. It's as if our initial meeting went completely unnoticed and he chose not to take our project.

Matt and his crew are amazing. They have been working with me and my clients for many years.

We designed our dream home with Blue Line and couldn't be happier with their work. Their expertise and attention to detail in everything we wanted was exceptional. If you're looking to build your dream home call Blue Line!

Blue Line pulled out of me exactly what I wanted for our new addition to our home. They asked all the right questions! The addition turned out so much better than what I had imagined! Perfect! The team was very professional and I'm so happy I went to them! I won't hesitate to refer them to anyone whose adding on or wanting a custom home! They're a very talented group!

Blue Line design is a great team of designers and staff, they have the most current trend patters to help draw your forever home or project, they also have done many blueprints for us and our projects have gone smooth in the framing stage and the front finished elevations always look great.!

We have been very happy with every one at Blue Line. They have communicated well every step of the way and have designed exactly what we wanted with some changes due to their attention to detail and welcomed advice for our "mother in-law" house. We plan to use them again in the future on our next project. They communicated a timeline and have met it at each step of the way. Thanks for your hard work on our project, my Mom and Dad will love their new home.

We toured many homes hoping to find the perfect floor plan for our forever home. We finally found "the one" and was told it was prepared by Blue Line Design. We were super excited to meet with them. We requested the same floor plan shrunk down to meet our lot specifications. So basically they already had the plans. We were happy to pay full price as they altered it to fit our space.

Fast forward two years and we are finally ready to build. The plans looked great on paper but now that we're actually building the intense LACK of attention that went into the details on the plans is astonishing and disappointing. I mean literally no thought went into this. just shrunk it down. walls are going up and even the builder is questioning why we would have a one foot gap of wasted space between a wall and a fireplace.

No ceiling fans in many rooms which means we pay to upgrade. Kitchen is ridiculously narrow and island should have been moved on plans. I know this company will say it's ultimately up to the customer to look over the plans. Ummm. that's why we paid you over $2k because I'm not an architect. I would say that they are very lazy when it comes to true design and details.

Unless you yourself are an architect and know how to read plans and catch details I would avoid this lazy company. EDIT: This company has posted a response which is also very "LAZY" The house is great except we hoped they would have pointed out the obvious since now we see this in real time. Wish they would have (Matt) said. "look, squeezing this house down really diminishes your kitchen space, I can take off a foot or two this direction.blah, blah" and this, "your master bedroom will be a postage stamp, but if I shave off a foot of two in your massively oversized closets it will make more sense." NO conversaion was had. Just so disappointed in the quality of this design. It was easy to correct and no thought what so ever was put forth. Say what you will, Blue Line, I'm living with it.

Matt did a great job designing my tiny house in CAD. I am now enjoying the dream as I write this. Highly recommend this team for builders who need versatile plans.

Man, if your looking for a design team that will give you the most amazing features and upgrades Along with high end detail and flexibility this is the company for you. I love my home.the design is perfect and the all the last minute changes came out perfectly! I will recommend to anyone and everyone.

Omg Paige is absolutely amazing! I think for a week now she had been dealing with me yes dealing bc i know i am a handfull and a bit annoying with making decisions on my house plans she has been going back and forth answering every question I have with quick response! She has made this process so much easier and even helps think of ways to modify the plans so u absolutely get what you want.

Way to go Blue Line Design for having amazing staff who are willing to help! Love that the plan is ready with a couple days turn around even with modifications. I could not be any happier!
