Establish a construction schedule, including milestones such as permitting, approvals, design, bidding, construction services and construction closeout. Attend design scope meetings to coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners as required.
During each phase of budgeting the plans will be reviewed by our experienced estimating team, as well as the Project Manager, Superintendent and selected subcontractors. This review will address all systems used including structural, finishes, mechanical and electrical. Our review will include constructability, life-cycle analysis, lead-times and all other facets of construction that pertain to your project.

The owner of this company's daughter borrowed money from me and my parents. She filed bankruptcy and did not return our money. Ok.she didn't pay me, that's one thing.but not pay my parents back.well that's wrong. My father is 80 years old and a retired veteran. I've contacted William Mason, the owner of PM Construction. You'd think he'd make this right. But he hasn't. No attempt to contact me. Shameful! Do not do business with these people.
