I interviy with this company. The service manager sounds like nothing but a liar. He tried to play the PREMIUM PAY GAME.Well your pay is standard and your Service Manager is the reason you can't find and keep a QIILIFIED ELECTRICIAN.I am so happy I TURNED HIM DOWN.I would not recommend working here. He can not answer a question directly that makes him untrustworthy.

Ed Upton with Stones River has been a breath of fresh air to work with. As a project manager who oversees thousands of projects across all of North America, really good electricians can be hard to find. Ed is professional, responsive, efficient, and does masterful lighting and electrical work. He's definitely one of my top 5 favorite electricians to partner with.

This company repaired complicated electrical problems at my school in Savannah GA. Bryan Sullivan the Tech was professional, friendly and really communicated well with myself and our company. He was patient in finding the problems and getting the repair done. I would recommend him anytime. His coworker Albert was as well professional, friendly and communicated extremely well. They both worked patiently with GA Power and took care to leave everything clean organized and were sure to be sure everything was working currently.

Company doesn't provide a lot of training so you are learning as you go. Even if you ask to be placed on a project at a later time that you aren't comfortable with, due to the demand of the company they place you there anyways with little support. I was wrote up for not working fast enough with little knowledge. No one has the time needed to fully train you.
I was set up to fail the moment I walked in the door. Was given a week of training from previous employee that left. High turn over rate. The techs are super cool and they are offsite so they LOVE the company per their reviews below. Leadership is alright but could definitely be better. There is no room for growth unless you are cool with the leadership.
Training is definitely needed there. No diversity and the co workers barely talk to one another or get along. At functions no one seemed as they wanted to converse with one another. No HR department just someone acting the part. Nice pay and benefits. Does not provide a work life balance you give them all of you or nothing at all. I wasn't here 6 months and felt my happiness dropping daily.
The atmosphere is totally dark and everyone sits with their door closed because this is not really a "friendly and happy" place to work. It's very stressful and most coordinators aren't getting paid their worth
