Was hired on to take over the utility locating & get it organized, but it turned out to be a headache, people that have no idea how to locate, trying to tell how to do my jib. And what's really sad is WHY ARE THERE NOT ANY MINORITIES IN UPPER MANAGEMENT, ALL WHITES.REMINDED IF THE MOVIE GET OUT. NO OVER TIME, REALLY UNORGANIZED COMPANY, & WASTE OF TIME.

Teach your people how to bend some pipe! I have been on this job for three months just because we have to go back bend and cut into the conduit either the pipe isn't the right size or y'all have 720° worth of bends before you put another box in, I am not exaggerating I have counted. Either teach your employees better or stop being afraid of using 4square boxes.
