We can't say enough good things about Frank and his team! We did a small addition adding a mudroom, bathroom, a couple bedrooms and some renovation on the existing house. We interviewed a few general contractors - and my wife and I felt most comfortable with DDB. Frank is down to earth, honest, and easy to get along with. He has a great eye for detail, communicates well, and does things the RIGHT way. I would highly recommend him and plan on using him and his team for projects both large and small in the future.

Wanted a guest bath remodel, and met with representative from Dynamic-Build. We discussed bath remodel, and improvements in other areas of the house. I had chosen them because reviews were good, even after I had seen their shop that was a bit unorganized. I was disappointed in the negativity while looking at project. After going over what we wanted done, he appeared to agree to job.
I emailed a finalized checklist, then I called, asking them to give me an estimate on removal of mud set floor tiles which was a deciding factor on completing the rest of job. Never received a response. They do not appear interested in doing small jobs such as a bath remodel that includes a difficult task such as removal of mud set tile floors. I did meet later with another company.they were gracious and very efficient in their assessment of task. Starting job soon!
