Our Ancon Building Services Division is dedicated to small renovation projects, building maintenance, and repairs. Andy Frech founded Ancon Construction in 1975. In the '80s and '90s, he decided to sell the company back to the employees. Our culture is our employees and their ownership; we want them to be successful and have a prosperous retirement. Now having been successfully 100% employee-owned for 20 years, we look forward to the future, adding an entirely new generation of employee-owners to our Ancon team.
Ancon is the true definition of Design-Build. Our architects, designers, project managers, superintendents, and crews - all under one roof - promote daily collaboration on design, cost, scheduling, and construction methods. Our team is on the leading edge of innovative, creative, and cost effective methods in both architecture and construction - making sure both the design and cost dovetail one another.
Ancon believes that giving back and participation in our communities is vital to growth and prosperity in the places we live and work. Each year, Ancon donates time and money to local organizations and programs that we believe contribute to our communities' greater good. We helped raise the roof on a home in Elkhart for Habitat for Humanity of Elkhart County. We had the opportunity to build alongside the homeowner Courtney, who is excited to have an affordable and safe home for her and her daughter.
Ancon Construction has been a long-standing member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Indiana & Kentucky (ABC). Each year ABC seeks to recognize the outstanding projects built by the ABC members throughout Indiana & Kentucky. Such recognition builds greater awareness in our local communities of the quality of work produced by contractors such as Ancon Construction and their employees.

Ancon was a fabulous partner in building a new facility for CAPS- Child And Parent Services. In a first-ever partnership build with another construction company (DJ Construction), they exemplified professionalism, a concern for our needs all along the way, and high expectations for quality and efficiency. Our building was completed on time and on budget - without any interruption of services to the public. Thank you, Ancon!

We work regularly with Ancon and recently completed a multi-phased renovation and addition for Goshen Schools. They operate as a team enabling the subcontractors to be efficient and profitable. The end result is a project we can be proud of and the end user very satisfied. Sean Welty and Lloyd Yoder ran a great project.
