Have tried many companies before but this one clearly is above it all. Not only do they fix it right but they give you a honest opinion on what will work for you. I now have monthly maintenance on all of my stores and love that they show up quarterly on time and make my systems run perfectly. They service my coolers, freezers, ice machines, kitchen hoods and all HVAC.
They care which is a missing ingredient in a service industry these days. My main contact Tom Devito is the one who has brought stability to my restaurants and he treats me like family. Chill Craft should really be your only choice for these services.

FYI --- We are a food service operation - 21 years - with a superb & Honest reputation - this is a truly honest warning WARNING ---- they will come and put a band aid on your problem. You will continue to have an issue. They will claim it is a new issue even though it could be 2 days later. Then when you call another company you will be amazed when they find the real issue and solve it with one call - one bill.
This was not the first time this happened to us but i will tell you it was the last. This also has happened to our neighbor. it is not an easy catch unless if one has the foresight to call in a new repair company and the truth is exposed.

We've been using Chill-Craft to service our refrigeration and ice making equipment in our dining hall for years now. They're prompt, don't try to sell you on useless band-aid fixes, and provide you with reasonable and honest costs up-front once they've diagnosed the issue. I had a pass-through reach-in that kicked the bucket last year and the tech was straight with me letting me know how much the repair would be so I could weigh my options.
We ultimately went with a replacement from an equipment wholesaler, but the point is, they didn't string me along with a bunch of patches to rack up the bills. They keep our refrigerators, salad bar wells, and ice makers operating within spec for a facility that serves over 1500 people daily. I've used other repair services in the DC area and Chill-Craft are, by far, the best I've ever come across. I'll be calling on them for years to come for all of my PM and repair needs.
