R.L. Hill Management has partnered with the Welty/Gilbane Joint Venture team to provide construction management services on the new Sherwin-Williams global headquarters in downtown Cleveland and a research and development center in Brecksville. The project, which is named the Building Our Future Project, is expected to start later this year and is estimated to cost $600 million.

Higley to provide construction management services on a $42 million dollar renovation project consisting of a new 79,000 square foot, 3-story building connected to the current medical center and a renovation of approximately 21,000 square feet of existing interior space at the Cleveland Heights, Ohio MetroHealth Behavioral Health Center.
