Structural Buildings

I have worked with Structural Buildings on numerous projects. We have been a concrete sub-contractor under them. Crete & Co is the name of our business. Working with Structural Buildings is exceptional. Very detailed, always on schedule, great communication. I would highly recommend working for them and highly recommend hiring them for your project!

Structural Buildings was great to work with for our 11,000 square foot shop at Wild Mountain. Their bid process was quick and concise. Their material selection was easy to understand. When challenges came up on the job, they were quick to offer solutions. And, in the end. they actually gave us a refund because the job was under budget! Highly recommended.

Working for Structural buildings has been the best choice I have made in my career. Hard working group with a great work and personal life balance! I contacted several pole building companies and Kari Heid at Structural was the only person to get back to me. This was by design after the fact I realized, because she couldn't have been a better fit for our project! She led all our requests and change orders in a fashion where I felt I was the only project going on, the time and energy was outstanding! If you are looking for a building, do yourself a favor and contact Kari and the Structural team!

We started our project last April and we are still not complete. In fact we now have the pleasure of trying to negotiate to make our project close to the contract. After one year we are left with dented garage doors, an incorrect sized door, concrete that is incorrectly sloped and not the 5 we paid for. Before you can get to see all of that you have to drive down our new road that we paid thousands for which turned out to be nothing more than scraped off sod with a thin layer of class 5 which the cement trucks quickly destroyed.

These are just a few of the problems we have endured through our experience. Although Structual Builders has recently been attempting to bring solutions to the table, it feels more like being bullied than having any choice in the matter. We have requested them to walk away. They refused. As the home owner we are feeling that we have little to no rights.

Apparently we can't even fire them! Each day we pray for this nightmare to end so we can have our normally conflict free environment back. If you plan to build with Structural Buildings I recommend you plan on monitoring and managing your project every inch of the way. We measured and knew the concrete would not be five inches, called, only to have them fix nothing and proceed to pour cement the next business day.

Make sure you have everything in writing. None of the credits we were promised are in writing months after we were told they were. The contract and site drawings do not match. Be diligent in demanding corrections and to ensuring what you are expecting is clearly spelled out in the contract. To be honest if you enjoy sanity, just pick a different contractor!

Outstanding in every way. Very personalized service from sales person - great attention to detail and ensuring building process was executed efficiently and at a high standard. Contracted crew was amazing to watch - less than 4 days from time first pole was placed to completion - very high quality workmanship and excellent job of cleanup afterwards. The building and the process was everything a person could want it to be and very well-priced.

After talking to several frame building contractors we decided to have Structural Buildings, design and build our new building. They had the ability to design and construct the building, including the mechanicals so that everything function as designed. The exterior design has been has been praised by our customers and our community. The layout of the building functions well and our needs for a shipping dock were more than adequately filled and functional. State of the art materials were used and we expect a long efficient use. We would use Structural again.

I Can't believe there is a negative review on here. I have built several buildings over the years and have used a different builder each time because of the dissatisfaction, until I used Structural buildings on my last project, I will use them every single time on my future projects. This company is so personal and so profesional, you will not be disappointed. Their design center is so helpful and creative, it actually make the process fun, and that NEVER happens. Definitely highly recommended.
